מסמכים קראיים על דף כפול (ביפוליום) הנוגעים לבעלות על חלקים בנכסי דלא ניידי — בית וחנות. המסמך הראשון מתוארך ליום שני, ב' באייר ה'ת"ה (1645). המיקום הוא ככל הנראה קהיר, על סמך חתימתו של הסופר אהרן מעמ'אר ועל סמך המקומות העירוניים הנזכרים. הנכסים קשורים לאהרן רופא, לאביו אלעזר ולמשה בן אברהם צג'יר. הבית ממוקם ברובע היהודי הקראי של קהיר (בחארה אליהוד אלקראיין), והחנות רשומה בשוק הצורפים. חלק מתיאור מיקום החנות מציין את קרבתה ל"דלת סתרים" (באלצאג'ה באכ'ר אלסוק אלכביר בקרב באב אלסר). בחלקו הפנימי של הדף הכפול מופיע מסמך המשך הנוגע לתשלומים עבור חלקי הנכסים הנזכרים במסמך הראשון.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Karaite documents on bifolium regarding ownership of real estate shares in a house and a shop. Dated in the first document as Monday, Iyyar 2nd, 5405 AM (1645 CE). Location: presumably Cairo, based on the signature of the scribe Aharon Miʿmār and urban locations mentioned. The properties are connected to Aharon Rofe, his father Elʿazar and Moshe b. Avraham Ṣaghīr. The house is located in the Karaite Jewish quarter (בחארה אליהוד אלקראיין) of Cairo and the shop is listed in the goldsmith market. Part of the locational description of the shop mentions its proximity to "a secret door" (באלצאג'ה באכ'ר אלסוק אלכביר בקרב באב אלסר). The inner section of the bifolium features a follow-up document regarding payments for the property shares mentioned in the first document. MCD.
