מכתב מיחיא בן סעאדה הרופא (אלטביב), השוהה באשקלון, אל אבו נצר יהודה בן מוסא אלדמשקי בצור. הכותב מודיע לנמען על תשלומים שביצע ומביע צער על שלא היה ביכולתו לעשות הרבה למען אבו אלפצ'ל, ששלח אליו יהודה. משלוחיו של יהודה מעוכבים בשל תביעות של צד שלישי, אבו אלטיב מח'תאר בן צדקה. הכותב מאיץ ביהודה לבוא במהירות "טרם הפלגתן של הספינות מערבה". המידע מבוסס בעיקר על גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Yaḥyā b. Saʿāda the physician (al-ṭabīb), in Ashqelon, to Abū Naṣr Yehuda b. Mūsā al-Dimashqi, in Tyre. Informing him about payments he had made and regretting that he could not do much for Abū l-Faḍl, whom Yehuda had sent to him. Yehuda's shipments were being withheld by claims of a third party, Abū l-Ṭayyib Mukhtār b. Ṣadaqa. Yehuda is urged to come quickly "before the travel of the ships to the west."
