מסמך משפטי מקהיר מינואר 1819 (טבת ה'תקע"ט), שבו משה חפיס (?) ואשתו סניורה מודים בחוב של 2085 גרוש אסדי שהם חייבים ליהודה פאריינטה ולסעדיה אגי. בעסקת ההלוואה מעורב גם לא-יהודי ששמו לא צוין. החוב אמור להיפרע בתשלומים חודשיים של 150 גרוש, ואם בני הזוג לא יעמדו בלוח התשלומים החודשי, הם משעבדים כבטוחה רשימה של חפצים אישיים. ייתכן שחלק מהפריטים המופיעים ברשימה, או כולם, מייצגים את תכולת נדוניית כלולותיה של סניורה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document from Cairo, dated January 1819 CE (Tevet 5579 AM), in which Moshe Ḥafis (?) and his wife Senyora acknowledge their debt of 2085 esedi gurush to Yehuda Pariente and Saʿadya Agi. The loan also involves and unnamed non-Jew as part of the transaction. The debt is to be paid back in increments of 150 gurush per month and if the couple fail to complete the monthly payments, they pledge a list of personal possessions as collateral. Some or all of the items listed may represent contents of Senyora's wedding trousseau. ASE/MCD.
