מסמך בכתב ערבי, קליגרפי. ככל הנראה מסמך ממלכתי. שמורים ראשי 4 שורות. המילה 'אעראד' מופיעה. דורש בחינה. בגב ישנן רשימות בכתב עברי, אולי של פיוטים (הכתיבה פשוטה ועשויה להיות מוכרת).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document in Arabic script, calligraphic. Likely a state document. The beginnings of 4 lines are preserved. The word "aʿrāḍ" appears. Needs examination. On verso there are lists in Hebrew script, perhaps of piyyutim (the hand is rudimentary and may be known).
