מכתב חלקי הפונה לרופא בבקשה שיתערב אצל הנגיד בעניין תלונה כנגד מורה מטבריה. המורה מואשם בכך שהשפיע על אמהותיהם של כמה תלמידים להעביר את בניהם מבית הספר של המתלונן אל בית הספר שלו עצמו (שורות 12–16). המידע מבוסס על דברי גויטיין בחיבורו על החברה הים-תיכונית ועל הערותיו המצורפות לתעודה.
