חלקה התחתון של עצומה (פטיציה), בכתב ערבי. התיארוך משוער לתקופה האיובית, על סמך התארים המופיעים בה. הנמען (האם הח'ליף או הוזיר?) מתבקש להוציא (או להורות על הוצאת) "התוקיע הנכבד" (al-tawqīʿ al-karīm) אל אלקאצ'י אלמוופק אלסדיד סיף אלדין(?), בצירוף הוראה לבירור עניינו של מגיש העצומה (bi-istīḍāḥ ḥālihī). ייתכן שמופיע אזכור של "הרופאים" (الطب). הדף שימש שוב לרישומים בעברית. דרושה בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bottom of a petition. In Arabic script. Dating: Perhaps Ayyubid-era, based on the titles. The addressee (the caliph or vizier?) is asked to issue (or have issued) "the noble rescript" (al-tawqīʿ al-karīm) to al-Qāḍī al-Muwaffaq al-Sadīd Sayf al-Dīn(?) with an order for clarification of the petitioner's issue (bi-istīḍāḥ ḥālihī). Might mention "the doctors" (الطب). Reused for Hebrew jottings. Needs further examination.
