מכתב פנייה לצדקה בערבית. נשמרו מעט פרטים. מוזכר מישהו ש'שילם זאת' או 'גרש מישהו' 'ממחנה הצבא'; ואחר כך משהו בנוגע לנמען ולטביעת מטבעות ולדרהם; ובקשה לסיוע נוסף ('ואל-ממלוכ יסאל מן אחסאן אל-מולא אן יג'עלהא על סביל אל-צדקה...').
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of appeal for charity in Arabic. Few details are preserved. Refers to someone who "paid it" or "pushed someone out" (wa-dafaʿahū) "from the army camp" (min al-ʿaskar); then something to do with the addressee and the mint and a dirham ("[...] al-mawlā min dār al-ḍarb dirham"); then a request for further help ("wa-l-mamlūk yasʾal min iḥsān al-mawlā an yajʿalahā ʿalā sabīl al-ṣadaqa. . .").
