מסמך משפטי, או אולי מכתב. בעברית. תיארוך: מאוחר, בערך המאות ה-16–18. מוזכר בו שמואל פאלי[...] (שמואל פאלי....); "הפוליסה ר״ל ההודאה ממה שיש לי . . . . באסכנדריאה" (כלומר, אישור החוב המגיע לכותב באלכסנדריה); טענה כלשהי שטען מאן דהוא (טענה שטען . . . .); וכן מוזכר הקונשול (קונשול) (בשורה הלפני-אחרונה של ה-recto ובשורה השנייה של ה-verso).

Mentions Shemuʾel Pali[...] (שמואל פאלי....); "the polisa, that is to say the acknowledgment, from that which is owed to me [...] in Alexandria" (הפוליסה ר״ל ההודאה ממה שיש לי . . . .באסכנדיריאה); a claim that someone made (טענה שטען . . . . ); and the consul (קונשול) (penultimate line of recto and second line of verso). Note that the image for the recto is on the left side of Archive GN 2111/30 and the image for the verso is on the right side of Archive GN 2111/31.
