רישום משפטי (מס' 2) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. הסכם בין בני הזוג מהג'ה בת שמואל המכונה אל-סירג'אני ובעלה אהרן בן אליהו יקין. מתוארך ל-14 באייר ה'שכ"א (1561). אותו זוג שהופיע ברישום הקודם בפנקס (PGPID 41023) מתייצב שוב בפני בית הדין כדי לערוך הסכם בנוגע לחובותיו הקודמים של הבעל ולנסיעתו לירושלים ולדמשק. חלק מההסכם נסב על כך שאהרן מעניק למהג'ה בעלות על "מטפחת סינית שיש בה שמונה עשר מת'קאל של זהב" [כ-76.5 גרם] (אלבכנק אלציני אלד'י פיה ת'מאניה עשר מתקאל אלד'הב).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#2) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on ff. 1v-2r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Agreement between spouses Mahja bt. Shemuʾel known as al-Sīrjānī and her husband Aharon b. Eliyyahu Yakīn. Dated 14 Iyyar 5321 AM (1561 CE). The same couple from the previous pinqas entry (PGPID 41023) appear before the court to establish an agreement regarding his prior debts and travel to Jerusalem and Damascus. Part of the agreement centers on Aharon granting Mahja ownership over a "Chinese kerchief that has 18 mithqāl of gold in it" [~76.5 grams] (אלבכנק אלציני אלדי פיה תמאניה עשר מתקאל אלדהב). MCD.
