רישום משפטי (מספר 11) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. מתוארך אך ורק ל-23 בכסלו, ומשוער לסביבות 1560 לסה"נ על בסיס תאריכים ברשומות סמוכות בפנקס. בית הכנסת דאר סמחה מכונה כאן "בית סמחה". מדובר בהסכם ליישוב סכסוך בין שתי צרות (צ'רה/ضرة) שהופיעו בפני הדיינים ובפני חברי הקהילה הקראית המקומית ב"בית סמחה" (כינוי חלופי לבית הכנסת דאר סמחה). אסתיתא בת יוסף הנשיא מעידה כי מהיום והלאה לא תכה ולא תקלל את צרתה אסתיתא בת יהודה חקאן (או את בתה של זו, ששמה אינו מוזכר). העונש על הפרת ההסכם הוא קנס של אשרפי זהב אחד. בתוספת שנרשמה מתחת לרישום הפנקס מפורט אחד הכינויים הפוגעניים שאסתיתא בת יהודה חקאן כונתה בהם על ידי צרתה. הרישום אינו נוקב בשמו של בעלן המשותף של הצרות.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#11) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 5v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated solely as 23 Kislev, likely c. 1560 CE based on the dates in neighboring entries from the court register. Dar Simha Syagogue is referred to here instead as "Bayt Simḥa." Dispute resolution agreement between co-wives (צ'רה/ضرة) who appeared before dayyānīm and members of the local Karaite community in "Bayt Simḥa" (an alternate title for the Dār Simḥa Synagogue). Estīta bt. Yosef ha-Nasiya testifies that, from this day forward, she will no longer strike or curse her co-wife Estīta bt. Yehuda Ḥaqqān (or the latter's unnamed daughter). The penalty for violating this agreement is a fine of one gold ashrafī. The addendum below the pinqas entry specifies one of the insults that Estīta bt. Yehuda Ḥaqqān was called by her co-wife. The entry does not name the co-wives' husband. MCD.
