רישום משפטי (מס' 10) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר, מתוארך לפי הרישומים הסמוכים בפנקס לסביבות שנת 1560 לספירה. עניינו של הדיון הוא סכסוך סביב אובדן מחצית מטפחת זהב ש"נשרפה בביתם" של עבד אלמעטי בן ח'צ'ר אלפולאדי ובתו סת אלאהל (אלנצף אלמנדיל אלדהב אלדי חרק פי ביתהם). אסתר בת צדקה הכהן מופיעה בפני בית הדין כדי לתבוע את המגיע לה בקשר לאובדן מטפחת הזהב. בעקבות זאת נשבעים עבד אלמעטי וסת אלאהל על עשרת הדיברות (חלפו עלי אלעשר דברות) שלא "אכ.נוהא את המטפחת, ולא דבר כיוצא בה העשוי מכסף, זהב, נחושת או כל חומר טוב אחר" — כאשר אופן איותו של הפועל המרכזי בשבועה אינו ברור. האות החסרה נראית כשילוב של א, ד ו/או ת שנכתבו זו על גבי זו כתיקון של הסופר.

Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#10) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 5v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Undated, but c. 1560 CE based on the dates in neighboring entries from the court register. The court case centers on a dispute over the loss of half a gold kerchief that somehow "burned in the home" of ʿAbd al-Maʿatī b. Khiḍr al-Fulādī and his daughter Sitt al-Ahl (אלנצף אלמנדיל אלדהב אלדי חרק פי ביתהם). Esther bt. Ṣedaqa al-Kohen appears before the court to claim what she is owed in connection with the loss of the gold kerchief. ʿAbd al-Maʿatī and Sitt al-Ahl then swear on the Ten Commandments (חלפו עלי אלעשר דברות) that they didn't "אכ.נוהא the kerchief, nor anything like it made of silver, gold, copper, or any other good" (the spelling of the key verb in their oath is unclear). The missing letter looks like a combination of א ד and/or ת that were written on top of one another as a revision by the scribe. MCD.
