רישום משפטי (מס' 17) מתוך פנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (בדף 6v של כתב היד). אינו מתוארך, אך ככל הנראה נכתב סביב שנת 1560 לספירה על פי התאריכים שברישומים הסמוכים בפנקס בית הדין. עבד אל-עזיז בן שמואל פולאדי מופיע לפני בית הדין בבית הכנסת דאר סמחה כדי לשלם דמי שכירות על נכס שברשותו, המוחזק בקודש הקהילתי. מבנה התשלום לוקח בחשבון את עלויות האחזקה והתחזוקה של הנכס שעבד אל-עזיז משלם. בעמוד הבא של פנקס בית הדין הוא מופיע ברשימת דיירי הקודש הקהילתי (שורות 23–24).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#17) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 6v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Undated, but likely c. 1560 CE based on the dates in neighboring entries from the court register. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Shemuʾel Fuladī appears before the court in Dār Simḥa Synagogue to make a rental payment on his property, which is held in the communal qodesh. The payment structure factors in ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz's maintenance/upkeep costs for the property. On the next page of the court register he is listed as one of the residents of the communal qodesh: PGPID 41042 ll. 23-24. MCD.
