רשומה משפטית (מס' 36) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. הרישום מתוארך לכ"ח באדר ה'של"ה (1575), קפיצה כרונולוגית של חמש-עשרה שנה לעומת הרישום שמעליו באותו דף (PGPID 41076). פער זמן זה מעיד על כך שככל הנראה הסופר הותיר רווחים פתוחים בין הרישומים המוקדמים בפנקס בית הדין, וברווחים אלה נוצלו מאוחר יותר לרישומים נוספים שלא לפי סדר כרונולוגי. בגוף הרשומה מודה יהודה ב"ר עבד אלכרים הכהן אלבדרי בחוב של 17 אשרפי ג'דד לשמואל ב"ר יחיא אלפירוזי. הודאת החוב נערכה בביתו של אברהם אלתוריזי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#36) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 13v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 28 Adar 5335 AM (1575 CE), a chronological leap of fifteen years after the upper entry on 13v (PGPID 41076). This gap in time points to the likelihood that the scribe left spaces open between early entries in the court register which, in turn, could be used for much later non-sequential entries. Yehuda b. ʿAbd al-Karīm al-Kohen al-Badrī acknowledges a debt of 17 ashrafī judad to Shemuʾel b. Yaḥya al-Feyruzī. The debt acknowledgement took place in the home of Avraham al-Tawrizī. MCD.
