רישום משפטי (מס' 37) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (שורות 1–11 בדף 14r). מתוארך ב-21 בשבט ה'שכ"ב (1562), כשלוש-עשרה שנים אחרי הרישום הקודם בדף 13v (PGPID 41077) — פער כרונולוגי בולט. שלמה פירוז התייצב בפני מושב בית הדין שהתקיים בבית הכנסת (ככל הנראה דאר סמחה) וזימן את עבד אלג'ואד הכהן בעקבות שמועות שהלה הפיץ עליו. בית הדין פסק כי עבד אלג'ואד שגה בהפצת השמועות, וכי "הדין עליה" (עליה אלדין) של שלמה בעניין זה. בעקבות הפסיקה נשבע עבד אלג'ואד שבועה שלא האמין ואינו מאמין בשמועות שהפיץ.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#37) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (ll. 1-11 on f. 14r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 21 Shevat 5322 AM (1562 CE), a chronological leap of 13 years before the previous entry on 13v (PGPID 41077). Shelomo Feyruz appeared before a session of the beit din at the synagogue (probably Dār Simḥa) and summoned ʿAbd al-Jawād al-Kohen over rumors that the latter he had been spreading about him. The court rules that ʿAbd al-Jawād is incorrect in spreading rumors and that "the law is with/upon" Shelomo in this matter (עליה אלדין). ʿAbd al-Jawād then swears an oath that he did not/does not believe the rumors he was spreading.
