רשומה משפטית (#78) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 27r-v של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך ג' אב ה'שכ"ה (1565 לספה"נ). הודאת חוב בין פרג'אללה הלוי וג'אליה בת עבד אל-דאאים אל-קודסי, המפרטת תנאי תשלומים שבועיים. ישנה גם הוראה שפרג'אללה חייב לתת 'קינטאר של ע.. טייב' לבית כנסת דאר שמחה אם לא יעמוד בתנאי ההחזר — עונש הכרוך בדרך כלל בשמן זית (זית טייב) במסמכים קראיים, אך כאן כנראה שעווה לנרות (שמע).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#78) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 27r-v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 3 Av 5325 AM (1565 CE). Debt acknowledgment between Farjallah al-Levi and Jālīya bt. ʿAbd al-Dāʾīm al-Qudsī, detailing the terms of weekly payments. There is also a stipulation that Farjallah must give a "qinṭar of ע.. ṭayyib" to the Dār Simḥa synagogue in the event that he does not meet the repayment terms. This type of penalty normally mentions "zayt ṭayyib" (contextually, olive oil) in Karaite documents though in this case is probably candlewax (שמע)– but the first two letters are not fully legible.
