רשומה משפטית (#79) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 27v של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך ערב של אותו תאריך כמו הערך הקודם: ג' אב ה'שכ"ה (1565 לספה"נ). הודאת חוב בין עבד אל-לטיף בן משה אל-מע'ריבי ושמואל בן יעקב הלוי הסומך. עבד אל-לטיף מתחייב לתשלומים שבועיים עד לפירעון סכום כולל של 160 ניצף פיד'ה (מדין).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#79) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 27v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated on the evening of the same date as the previous entry: 3 Av 5325 AM (1565 CE). Debt acknowledgment between ʿAbd al-Laṭīf b. Moshe al-Maghribī and Shemuʾel b. Yaʿaqov al-Levi ha-Somekh. ʿAbd al-Laṭīf commits to make weekly payments until a total sum of 160 niṣf fiḍḍa (medin) is paid off. MCD.
