רשומה משפטית (#81) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 28r-v של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך י"ט [אב ה'שכ"ה] (1565 לספה"נ). הסכם שחרור בין הזוג שהתגרש לאחרונה עבד אל-חק בן שמואל הנקרא אל-חואש ואסתיטה בת משה הכהן, הנקראת פליפל(?). שני הצדדים משחררים זה את זה מכל תביעות נוספות מעבר ל-62 מדין שעבד אל-חק מסכים לשלם לאשתו בתשלומים חודשיים של 4 מדין. הזוג התגרש באותו יום.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#81) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 28r-v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 19 [Av 5325 AM] (1565 CE), with the scribe implying that the month and year are the same as the previous shelfmark. Release agreement between the recently divorced couple ʿAbd al-Ḥaqq b. Shemuʾel known as al-Ḥawwāsh and Estīta bt. Moshe al-Kohen, known as פליפל(?). Both parties release each other from any further monetary and material claims beyond the 62 medin that ʿAbd al-Ḥaqq agrees to pay his wife in monthly installments of 4 medin.
