רשומה משפטית (#90) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר (על דף 31r של ייבר.-ערב. א 328). מתאריך ו' שבט ה'שכ"ה (1565 לספה"נ). יישוב סכסוך חלקי בין חצ בת אברהם אל-חקאן ועבד אל-רחמאן בן ח'יד'ר אל-פולאדי. כל צד מסכים 'לא לחזור להביא חדשות' על האחר — ביטוי אידיומטי שניתן לתרגמו כ'לא לחזור להפיץ שמועות' על זה האחר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#90) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 31r of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 6 Shevat 5325 AM (1565 CE). Incomplete dispute resolution between Khaṣṣ bt. Avraham al-Ḥaqqān and ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Khiḍr al-Fūlādī. Each party agrees "not to return to bringing news" about the other (לם עאדת תגיב כבר), which might translate idiomatically as: "not to start spreading rumors again" about one another. MCD.
