רישום משפטי (מס' 100) בפנקס בית דין קראי בקהיר. מתוארך ב-י"ח באלול ה'שכ"ד (1564), קפיצה כרונולוגית משמעותית ביחס לרישום האחר באותו דף (1566 לסה"נ). מדובר בהסכם צדקה קהילתי שבו עבד אלרחים בן דוד החזן פיירוז מתחייב לתרום תרומות כספיות להקדש, כאשר התרומות מיועדות בתמורה לקבלת כיבודי בית הכנסת — שלוש שנים של עליות לתורה. מסמך נוסף מהעת החדשה המוקדמת העוסק בתרומות צדקה וכיבודי בית כנסת ידוע גם הוא.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#100) in a court register/pinqas from a Karaite beit din in Cairo (on f. 33v of Yevr.-Arab. I 328). Dated 18 Elul 5324 AM (1564), a substantial chronological leap from the other entry on folio 33v (1566 CE). Communal charity agreement in which ʿAbd al-Raḥim b. David ha-Ḥazzan Fayrūz agrees to make monetary contributions to the pious endowment that are earmarked based on him receiving the synagogue honors of three years ʿaliyot for Torah readings.
