מכתב. מכתב עסקי מאת ישראל בן נתן, הממוען לנהראי בן נסים בפוסטאט, ונשלח מאל-גוּש (ג'יש, אל-ג'ש, גוש חלב). על גב המסמך כתב בכתב ערבי. (חלק מן המידע מבוסס על כרטסת גויטיין.) הכותב מספר כי בעת שהותו בדמשק הוא מתכנן להעתיק את סדר קודשים מן התלמוד העיראקי (הבבלי), ומזכיר גם דַפְתַר (פנקס) השייך לראש הישיבה, ככל הנראה אוסף של שו"ת. Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter. Business letter from Yisrael b. Natan, addressed to Nahray b. Nissim, in Fusṭāṭ, sent from al-Gūsh (Jīsh, al-Jashsh, Gush Halab). Arabic script on verso. (Information in part from Goitein’s index card). [NB volume number in shelfmark is roman numeral I, not Arabic numeral 1]. Alternate shelfmark: ENA 76.1 He writes that while in Damascus, he plans to copy the Order Qodashim from the Iraqi Talmud, and also mentions a notebook (daftar) belonging to the head of the yeshiva, possibly a collection of responsa.
