בצד ה-verso: הוראת תשלום בכתב ידו של אברהם מימוני. אבו אלמג'ד מתבקש לתת 10 דרהמים ליֵשועה תמורת לימודו של אבן אלזפתאוי עד תום חג הפסח של שנת 1529 לשטרות (=1218 לסה"נ). המסמך כולל הוראות תשלום קצרות שנכתבו בחלקן בכתב עברי ובחלקן בכתב ערבי, ועניינן תשלומים חודשיים שנעשו מתוך הכנסות שכר הדירה של ההקדש (וקף) המכונה "חצר העניים", או מן ההקדש שייסד הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל ההוראות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218. בספרות המחקר נדונו מסמכים אלה אצל גויטיין במסגרת דיוניו על הצדקה הקהילתית, ואצל כהן בעבודתו על העוני והצדקה בקהילה היהודית במצרים בימי הביניים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides. Abū l-Majd is to give 10 dirhams to Yeshuʿa for teaching Ibn al-Ziftāwī through the end of Pesaḥ 1529 Seleucid (=1218 CE). T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
