הוראת תשלום בכתב ידו של אברהם בן הרמב"ם (כיהן 1205–1237 לספירה). אבו אלמג'ד מתבקש לתת למוסר הכתב, שהוא חזן אלמחלה (או אולי "אלמג'לס"?) החולה, סכום של 5 דרהמים מתוך הקדש (וקף) אלמהד'ב. המסמך כולל אוסף של הוראות תשלום קצרות בכתב יד, חלקן בכתב עברי וחלקן בכתב ערבי, עבור תשלומים חודשיים שנעשו מתוך הכנסות שכר הדירה של ההקדש "חצר העניים" או מתוך ההקדש שהקים הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל ההוראות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE). Abū l-Majd is to give the bearer, the cantor of al-Maḥalla (or 'al-majlis'?), who is sick, 5 dirhams from the waqf of al-Muhadhdhab. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
