פקודה בכתב ידו של אברהם בן הרמב"ם (כיהן בשנים 1205–1237 לסה"נ), המורה לאבו אלמג'ד לתת לנושא המכתב, סעדיה אלנאט'ר, שהוא חולה, 5 דרהמים מן הווקף של אלמהד'ב. המסמך כולל פקודות כתובות קצרות, חלקן בכתב עברי וחלקן בכתב ערבי, לתשלומים חודשיים שיינתנו מהכנסות השכירות של ההקדש (ווקף) "חצר העניים" או מן ההקדש שייסד הרופא אלמהד'ב. כל הפקודות הנושאות תאריך הן מאביב וקיץ שנת 1218. לפי גויטיין הפקודות מתוארכות לשנים 1210–1225, ולפי כהן ההקשר הוא מערכת הצדקה בקהילה היהודית במצרים בימי הביניים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Autograph order in the hand of Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE). Abū l-Majd is to give the bearer, Seʿadya al-Nazir, who is sick, 5 dirhams from the waqf of al-Muhadhdhab. T-S K25.240 consists of small written orders, partly in Hebrew and partly in Arabic script, for monthly payments, made out of the rent-revenue from the pious foundation (waqf) 'Compound of the Poor' or from the pious foundation made by the physician al-Muhadhdhab. All dated orders are from spring and summer, 1218.
