מכתב מאת מוסא בן אבי אלחי מתִנִّיס אל נהראי בן נסים בפוסטאט, מתוארך לסביבות שנת 1062. מוסא הגיע לתִנִّיס בדרך היבשה משום שחשש להפליג באנייה כשהוא נושא עמו כסף. המכתב כולל דיווח מפורט על סחורות שמכר או רכש, ובמיוחד על עִקַّר (Anacyclus Pyrethrum, מין של בבונג ששורשיו שימשו כתבלין ולמטרות רפואיות) ועל פשתן. Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Mūsā b. Abī al-Ḥay (Tinnīs) to Nahray b. Nissim (Fustat), ca. 1062. Mūsā reached Tinnīs by land because he was scared to travel by ship while carrying money. The letter contains a detailed account of wares that he sold or bought, especially pellitory (Anacyclus Pyrethrum) and flax.
