מכתב תנחומים השלוח אל הלל בן עלי (פעיל בשנים 1066–1108 לסה"נ) על מות אשתו (?), ובו מאחל לו הכותב למצוא נחמה בנישואי בנו. הכותב, יפתח הכהן, מבקש לקבל מידע על שובו של הנגיד מבורך בן סעדיה (1094–1111) ממצרים העליונה אל הבירה. תיארוך: 1094–1108 לסה"נ, על בסיס שנות פעילותו של הלל בן עלי והשנים שבהן נשא מבורך בן סעדיה את התואר "נגיד" (1094–1111 לסה"נ).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of condolences to Hillel b. ʿEli (fl. 1066–1108 CE) on the death of his wife (?), wishing him to find consolation in the marriage of his son. The writer, Yiftaḥ ha-Kohen, asks for information regarding the return of the nagid Mevorakh b. Saʿadya (1094–1111) from the Upper Egypt to the capital. Dating: 1094–1108 CE, based on Hillel b. ʿEli's active dates and the years when Mevorakh b. Saʿadya bore the title "Nagid" (1094–1111 CE).
