עדות משפטית מאלכסנדריה, מתוארכת ליום ראשון, י"א בתמוז ד'תתקי"ב לבריאת העולם, ה-15 ביוני 1152, תחת סמכותו של הנגיד שמואל בן חנניה. העדים החתומים הם: מבורך בן נתן הכהן; שלמה בן טהור הכהן; ויצחק בן יוסף ירושלמי (החתום גם על מסמך נוסף). שני בעלי הדין (אלמתשאג'רין) הם שמואל בן יהודה אבן אסד ועלא בן ישועה אבן אלעראקי. השניים מתייצבים בפני בית הדין יחד עם שליח מטעם הקאדי המוסלמי, ומסכימים כולם לבטל הסכם קודם שנערך בבית דין יהודי ולערוך הסכם דומה בבית דין מוסלמי. Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal testimony. Location: Alexandria. Dated: Sunday, 11 Tammuz 4912 AM = 15 June 1152 CE, under the authority of the Nagid Shemuel b. Ḥananya. Witnesses: Mevorakh b. Natan ha-Kohen; Shelomo b. Ṭahor ha-Kohen; Yiṣḥaq b. Yosef Yerushalmi (also signs T-S 13J3.4 (PGPID 1113)). The two litigants (mutashājirīn) are Shemuel b. Yehuda Ibn Asad and ʿUlla b. Yeshuʿa Ibn al-ʿIrāqī. They appear before the court together with a messenger of the Muslim qāḍī, and all agree that they will annul a previous agreement made before a Jewish court and make a similar agreement in Muslim court.
