רישום בית דין בכתב ידו של אפרים בן שמריה (פעיל בשנים 1007–1055 לספירה). בעל דין בשם משה טוען שהלוואה שנתן לצדקה בסך 50.5 דינרים הייתה מובטחת בערבותו של חסד הזקן אלצירפי (אולי אבו נצר אלתסתרי?), והוא מסרב שההכרעה תאושרר בבתי הדין המוסלמיים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record in the hand of Efrayim b. Shemarya (fl. 1007–1055 CE). A litigant named Moshe has claimed that his loan of 50.5 dinars to Ṣadaqa was guaranteed by Ḥesed ha-Zaqen al-Ṣayrafī (possibly Abu Naṣr al-Tustari?), and refuses to have a decision ratified in the Muslim courts.
