מכתב מאת אברהם בן אבי אלחיי ח'לילה אל אבו סעד נסים בן נהראי. נכתב בערך בשנת 1100. התיארוך המשוער מבוסס על כך שהמכתב חובר לאחר מותו של נהראי, ועניינו משיכת כספים מעסק שזהותו אינה מפורטת. במכתב מוזכר "עבון", וקרוב לוודאי שמדובר בעבון בן צדקה, שחי שנים רבות בירושלים ולפי דברי הכותב הגיע לאחרונה לאלכסנדריה. זהו החלק העליון של הקטע.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Ibrāhīm b. Abī l-Ḥayy Khalīla to Abū Saʿd Nissim b. Nahray. Ca. 1100. Written after the death of Nahray, hence the estimated dating, concerning the withdrawal of funds from an unspecified business. “Avon” is mentioned; this is probably Avon b. Ṣadaqa, who lived for many years in Jerusalem and, according to this author, has recently arrived in Alexandria. This is the upper fragment.
