תיאור
מכתב מפרח בן יוסף בן פרח אל אבו סעד ח'לף בן סהל סֻכַּרי. השניים החליפו ביניהם תכתובת נוספת, ככל הנראה סביב שנת 1056 לסה"נ. במכתב מודה פרח לנמען על דברי התנחומים שהביע לרגל פטירתו של יוסף, שמת בעת היותו בדרכים. בחלל הריק שבצדו האחורי של המסמך נרשמו חשבונות בכתב יד שונה, חלקם בכתב ערבי ובספרות יווניות/קופטיות. Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Faraḥ b. Yosef b. Faraḥ to Abū Saʿd Khalaf b. Sahl Sukkarī. The two also corresponded in T-S 8J27.13 (PGPID 3747), ca. 1056 CE. Faraḥ thanks the addressee for his expressions of condolence upon the death of Yosef, who had died while traveling. In the empty space on verso accounts are written in a different hand, some with Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals. (Information from CUDl and Goitein's index card.)
