שטר מחילה וויתור על כל תביעה שניתן על ידי נתנאל בן יפת בן משולם אבן חרביש למוסאפר בן שמואל, בעניין צוואתו של שמואל אביו של מוסאפר, שמת במהלך מסע עסקים. נתנאל קיבל את 350 הדינרים שהשאיר אביו אחריו. הגוסס לא ערך צוואה כהלכה, אך פוסק רבני הכריע להעניק את הכסף לבן. השטר נכתב בכתב ידו של הסופר של דניאל בן עזריה (שפעל בין השנים 1052–1062 לסה"נ). שייך לאותה קבוצת מסמכים הקשורים זה לזה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bill of release from any claim granted by Netanʾel b. Yefet b. Meshullam Ibn Ḥirbish to Musāfir b. Shemuel in relation to the will of Musāfir’s father Shemuel who had died on a business trip. Netanʾel received the 350 dinars which his father left behind. The dying man had not made a proper will, but a rabbinical authority had decided to give the money to the son.
