מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה. הסכם פשרה בקשר לפירוק שותפות בין אבו עלי יחזקאל הלוי ובין בנין (אולי הרוקח בנין בן דאוד), אשר ניהלו במשותף חנות בשמים בגיזה. על פי ההסכם, אבו עלי ימשיך לנהל את החנות לבדו, ובנין יחזיר לו בתשלומים שבועיים את חלקו בדמי השכירות של החנות. החנות עצמה היא בבעלותו של סבאע המוסלמי. המסמך מתוארך ל-5 בשבט 1437 לשטרות, הוא ה-1 בינואר 1126. חלפון אף חתם על המסמך, יחד עם המלמד יצחק בן חיים נפוסי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. A settlement in connection with the dissolution of a partnership between Abū ʿAlī Yeḥezqel ha-Levi and Banīn (possibly the druggist Banīn b. Daʿūd), who had jointly run a perfumery in Giza. Abū ʿAlī will continue to run the store on his own, and Banīn will repay him in weekly installments for his share of the rent of the store. The store itself is owned by Sibāʿ the Muslim. Dated: 5 Shevaṭ 1437 = 1 January 1126 CE. Ḥalfon also signed the document, together with the teacher Yiṣḥaq b. Ḥayyim Nafūsī. (Information from CUDL.)
