חלק ממכתב, ככל הנראה מופנה אל [טוביהו הכהן בן] עלי הכהן החבר המעולה, ובו אזכור של שליחת מכתב אל "השר הנכבד" סעדאל "אחיינו", וכן אל "הזקן היקר" יתר הלוי ואל "הגבירה" "אחייניתנו". החלק ששרד עוסק כולו בבקשת תשובה למכתבים שלא נענו. המשפטים שעל גב הדף נראים כניסיונות קולמוס ולא ככתובת נמען. Princeton Geniza Project description: Part of a letter, possibly to [Ṭoviyyahu ha-Kohen b.] ʿEli ha-Kohen he-Ḥaver ha-Meʿulle, which refers to sending a letter to 'the distinguished prince' (השר הנכבד) Seʿadʾel 'our nephew' and also to 'the dear elder' Yeter ha-Levi and to 'The Lady' (הגבירה) 'our niece.' The portion preserved consists entirely of asking for a response to letters that had gone unanswered. The phrases on verso appear to be pen trials rather than an address.
