חלק ממכתב מאמצע המאה הארבע-עשרה בקירוב, שנכתב בידי הסופר עזריה הנשיא בן יהללאל ראש הגולה בן עזריה ראש הגולה בן דוד 'הנשיא הגדול' ראש הגולה, בבגדאד. המכתב נועד לאשש את ייחוסו הדוידי של הנשיא שר שלום בן פנחס ראש הגולה, כפי שאומת על ידי הקהילה היהודית בבגדאד. הטקסט מחולק לשני טורים המופרדים בשוליים בדיו אדומה, כאשר הטור הימני מכיל שיר לכבודו של שר שלום. ראו מאן.
