חלקו התחתון של צו (מנשור) מטעם אמיר פאטמי הנושא את התואר סרור אלמלכּי, המופנה למושל מחוזי או לפקיד פיסקלי, מתוארך ב-2 בג'מאדא אלת'אני, ללא ציון שנה. המסמך עוסק בגביית הח'ראג' על זיקוק קני סוכר (קצב) וטארו (קלקאס) בכפר ג'וג'ר, שבו פעל בית בד. נקבע כי יש לאפשר לאנשיו של פקיד בכיר (אמיר מנתח'ב) הנושא את התואר ד'ח'ר אלמלכ ו-סדידהא ("אוצר הממלכה ומגינהּ") לגבות את המס כראות עיניו של אותו פקיד, ובה בעת לשמור על זכותם של בעלי האקטאע (האחוזות הפיאודליות) לקבל את הכנסותיהם. הקטע מודבק בחלקו העליון למכתב בערבית-יהודית (ראו רשומה נפרדת).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Bottom part of a decree of a Fatimid Amīr titled Surūr al-Malikī to a provincial governor or fiscal official, dated 2 Jumāda II, no year. Concerns collection of the kharāj on the refining of sugarcane (qaṣab) and taro (qulqās) in the village of Jūjar, where there was a press. The men of a high official (amīr muntakhab) titled Dhukhr al-Mulk wa-Sadīduhā (Treasure and Bulwark of the Realm) should be allowed to collect tax as the latter sees fit, while allowing the iqṭāʿ holders their income. Glued at top to a Judaeo-Arabic letter (see separate entry).
