רשומת בית דין. זהו העתק של כתובת הנישואין בין שמואל בן נסים הכהן לבין פאיזה בת יוסף, שנערכה במקור ביום שלישי, ב' בחשון א'שנ"ז למניין השטרות = 15 באוקטובר 1045. ההעתק של הכתובה נפתח בהצהרה שלפיה פאיזה הופיעה בפני בית הדין וביקשה מהדיינים להעתיק את הכתובה אל פנקס בית הדין ('שִׁמּוּשׁ'), כדי שתשמש לה כראיה, משום שבכוונתה לשלוח שליח שיתבע עבורה גט וכן את המֻאַחַ'ר שלה (החלק המאוחר של מתנת הנישואין). המידע מבוסס על כרטיסיית גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record. This is a copy of the marriage contract (ketubba) between Shemuel b. Nissim ha-Kohen and Fāʾiza bt. Yūsuf, originally dated Tuesday, 2 Heshvan 1357 Seleucid = 15 October 1045 CE. The copy of the marriage contract is introduced with a statement that Fāʾiza came to the court and asked them to copy the marriage contract into the court ledger ('shimmush') so that it would serve as a proof, because she intends to send an agent to claim a bill of divorce and her muʾakhkhar (delayed marriage payment).
