מכתב תלונה שנשלח אל אברהם הכהן בן יצחק בן פֻראת (אמצע המאה ה-11) בעניין המושל הנוצרי אבן גֻ'רג'ס, אשר בנה כנסייה בסמוך למסגד וכך עורר מחלוקת ציבורית שלדברי כותבי המכתב מסכנת את היהודים. גיל פרסם את הצד השמאלי של המכתב בשנת 1983 (במסגרת ספרו על ארץ ישראל, מסמך 404), ולאחר מכן פרסם את הצד הימני של המכתב בשנת 1991 (במאמר שכלל תיקונים והוספות לספר על ארץ ישראל).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of complaint to Avraham ha-Kohen b. Yiṣḥaq b. Furat (mid 11th century) about the Christian governor Ibn Gorgas, who built a church next to a mosque, sparking a controversy that the writers say is endangering the Jews. Gil published the left side of the letter, T-S 13J22.6, in 1983 (Palestine, doc. 404), then published the right side of the letter, T-S 13J7.6, in 1991 (article containing corrections and additions to Palestine).
