חשבון הכנסות משכר דירה, מתוארך לסביבות אוקטובר 1201. דף כפול מתוך פנקס, שממנו השתמר רק החלק העליון. במקור נכלל בו חשבון של הכנסות והוצאות כאחד, אך רק פריטים מעטים שרדו מן ההוצאות. החלק הראשון כולל את הכנסות חודש מרחשוון ואחריו את הכנסות חודש כסלו. החשבון מציין 27 שמות של דירות מאוכלסות השייכות ל-15 מתחמים, ובכללם הפונדק. סך ההכנסות בחודש מרחשוון עמד על 269 דירהם, לעומת ההכנסה הצפויה של 555.5 דירהם — פער המצביע על אובדן הכנסות של 286.5 דירהם, כלומר יותר ממחצית. עובדה זו היא כמובן אחד הסימנים לרעב ולמצוקה ששררו באותה תקופה (על פי גיל). המסמך נכתב בידו של סופר בית הדין יוסף בן שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1181–1209 לערך).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Account of revenue from rent ca. October 1201. A double leaf of a notebook, of which only the upper part is preserved. It was originally an account of both revenue and expenditures, but only a few items are preserved of the latter. Its first part contains revenue for the month of Marheshwan, followed by that for Kislev. The account contains 27 names of inhabited apartments belonging to to 15 compounds, inclusive of the funduq. The total revenue of Marheshwan was 269 dirhams, as against the expected 555.5 indicating a loss in revenue of 286.5, i.e. more than half.
