מכתב או עצומה בערבית-יהודית במצב שחוק מאוד, הפותח ונחתם בברכות לנמען (ייתכן שמדובר בחבר בשם יחיא). המכתב מזכיר אנשים המנסים לזרוע מדנים בבית הכנסת בין קבוצת אנשים לבין חזן מסוים. כמו כן מוזכר בנו של מישהו, מנצור בן בשארה. בסוף המסמך מופיעה רשימה ארוכה של חתימות גברים, ביניהם יפת בן יוסף הכהן, מבורך בן משולם ויפת בן יהודה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Badly rubbed letter/petition in Judaeo-Arabic, opening and closing with blessings for the addressee (possibly a ḥaver named Yaḥyā). Mentioning people who are trying to sow conflict in the synagogue between a group of people and a certain cantor. Also mentions someone's son Manṣūr b. Bishāra. There is a long list of signatures from men including Yefet b. Yosef ha-Kohen, Mevorakh b. Meshullam and Yefet b. Yehuda. (Information in part from CUDL)
