מסמך משפטי, אולי טיוטה, בערבית-יהודית, בכתב גס. המסמך מפרט את תנאי האירוסין בין יפת הכהן לבין [... בת ...]ן בן ח'לף מבגדאד. נקבע כי אם יפת יפר את האירוסין, יהיה חייב בקנס של 10 דינרים לקודש. הטקסט שבצד האחורי (verso) עשוי להוות את המשך המסמך. בתחתית מופיע השם "יוסף בן יאשיה הידוע בכינוי [...]". המסמך נכתב על גבי פיסת נייר ממוחזרת שהכילה חשבונות מסחריים בכתב ערבי ובספרות יווניות/קופטיות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document, possibly a draft, in Judaeo-Arabic. Crude hand. Specifying the conditions of the betrothal (erusin) between Yefet al-Kohen and [... bt. ...]n b. Khalaf from Baghdād. If Yefet breaks the betrothal, he owes a fine of 10 dinars to the qodesh. The text on verso may be the continuation. The name "Yosef b. Yoshiyya known as [...]" appears at the bottom. This document was written on a piece of reused business accounts in Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals.
