רקטו: סופה של איגרת ונספח (פוסט-סקריפטום), המורה ליפת החזן ("אשר מינינו") לבוא לשער הישיבה, שכן איש אינו רשאי לומר קדיש עד שיגיע. ורסו: רישומים שונים בעברית ובערבית. כתב היד של הסופרים וזהותה של הסמכות העומדת מאחורי המסמך — קרוב לוודאי ראש היהודים בתקופה שבה נכתב המסמך — ניתנים ככל הנראה לזיהוי. Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: end of a letter and postscript, advising Yefet the cantor ("whom we have appointed") to come to the gate of the yeshiva, as nobody can recite qaddish until he does so. Verso: jottings in Hebrew and Arabic. (Information in part from CUDL.) The handwriting of the scribes and the identity of the authority (likely the head of the Jews from the period of the document) are likely identifiable.
