תיאור
מכתב אל חזן בשם בן צדוק, שמתבקש להתערב לטובת הכותב, מנשה נין שמעיה, אצל שר שלום, ראש קהילת אלכסנדריה. הכותב מציין שיגיע לאלכסנדריה בראש השנה, אם ירצה השם. מתוארך לסביבות המאה האחת-עשרה. בסוף המכתב חותם מנשה את שמו מוקף במוטו. בצד האחורי (verso) מופיע מעט טקסט בלתי קריא בכתב יד ובדיו שונים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter to a hazzan, Ben Sadoq, who is asked to intervene on behalf of the writer, Menashshe nin Shemaiah, before Sar Salom, head of the community of Alexandria. The writer says he’ll be in Alexandria at the New Year, God willing. Ca. 11th century. Menashshe signs his name at the end surrounded by a motto.
