Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of appeal to the Nagid, Avraham Maimonides (r. 1205–1237 CE), asking for financial assistance. Written on behalf of a foreign cloth merchant (qazzāz) named Yosef, who wants to return to his family and place. The scribe is Eliyyahu b. Zekharya. AA
