דוח רשמי בכתב ערבי. מאשים מרגל בשם אבו סעיד אבן אל-חמארה ואדם נוסף בבגידה בדמיאט לפרנקים ואולי גם לביזנטים, מה שהוביל לנפילתה או לכל הפחות לכישלון צבאי. ייתכן שמתוארך ל-1169 CE. מזכיר את עכא ואת יפא ומכיל פרטים חשובים רבים. מסמך זה אינו צירוף עם T-S Ar.42.93 (PGPID 21166), אך ככל הנראה מתוארך לאותה התקופה, וכתב היד והפריסה נראים דומים. נעשה שימוש חוזר בדף האחורי למגילת אסתר (השוו T-S NS 339.6 (PGPID 25983) ו-JRL SERIES B 7655 (PGPID 40389), אותו רעיון, סופר שונה). מסמך זה זוהה ותועד ב-PGP על ידי Alan Elbaum בשנת 2022. פרסום עתידי בידי Paul Cobb ו-Alan Elbaum.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Official report in Arabic script. Blaming a spy named Abū Saʿīd Ibn al-Ḥammāra and one other person for betraying Damietta to the Franks and possibly the Byzantines as well, either leading to its loss or simply a military setback. May date to 1169 CE. Mentions ʿAkkā and Yāfā and contains many important details. This document is not a join with T-S Ar.42.93 (PGPID 21166) but probably dates to the same period, and the hand and layout appear similar. Reused on verso for Megillat Esther (cf. T-S NS 339.6 (PGPID 25983) and JRL SERIES B 7655 (PGPID 40389), same idea, different scribe). This document was identified and catalogued on PGP by Alan Elbaum in 2022.
