טיוטה של פתיחת מכתב לאישה המכונה "אל-סתּ אל-פאצ'לה". נכתב ככל הנראה על ידי חלפון ב"ר אלעזר הכהן, שפעל בראשית המאה ה-13. נוסחאות פתיחה כמעט זהות לאלו של T-S 10J15.23 (PGPID 2864). נראה שמדובר באותו כתב יד, אם כי "אל-פאצ'לה" מאוייתת בשלוש דרכים שונות בשני מכתבים אלו: אלפצלה/אלפאטלה/אלפאצלה. Princeton Geniza Project description: Draft of the beginning of a letter to a woman addressed as "al-Sitt al-Fāḍila." Probably written by Ḥalfon b. Elʿazar ha-Kohen, active in the early 13th century. Nearly identical opening formulae as T-S 10J15.23 (PGPID 2864). Seems to be the same hand, too, though "al-fāḍīla" is spelled three different ways in these two letters: אלפצלה/אלפאטלה/אלפאצלה.
