קטע מעצומה בכתב ערבי. כתב יד קשה לקריאה. שמורים חלקים של 5 שורות. ייתכן שמדובר בטיוטה, או שנעשה בו שימוש חוזר לתרגול סופרים בכתב קנצלריה. '...ווא-יסאל אל-אנעאם עלייהי ווא-ל-אחסאן אלייהי...' העצומה מופנית לח'ליפה פאטמי בשל הת'קביל והתואר 'אל-מקאם אל-טאהר אל-נבווי'. נוסחת הפתיחה דומה לפתיחות עצומות המופנות לח'ליפה הפאטמי אל-אמר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fragment of a petition in Arabic script. Difficult hand. Portions of 5 lines are preserved. It could be a draft or was later reused for scribal practice, also in chancery hand. "...wa-yasʾal al-inʿām ʿalayhi wa-l-iḥsān ilayhi...". The petition is addressed to a Fatimid caliph due to the taqbīl and the adjective "al-maqām al-ṭāhir al-nabawī". The beginning formula following the taqbīl resembles petition openings to the Fatimid caliph al-ʾĀmir and hence could be addressed to him.
