שבר קטן של מסמך מדינה. שרדו ראשיתן של שלוש שורות, כנראה מתחתית המסמך עם חַמְדָּלָה. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר לפיוט עברי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Small fragment of a state document. The beginnings of three lines are preserved, possibly from the bottom of the document with a ḥamdala. Reused for Hebrew piyyuṭ.
