מסמך הנוגע למכירת מניות במפעל לזיקוק סוכר. בראש המסמך מופיע שמו של סעדיה בן שלמה בן יפת הלוי, מלווה בתארים מכובדים כגון "פאר" ו"הוד הלויים". בהמשך באים חישובים הקשורים בתמורה שהתקבלה ממכירת מטבח (מפעל) לזיקוק סוכר. אחרי כן מופיע קטע טקסט המתאר את המטבח, שהיה ידוע בעבר בשמם של "בני אלבדי" (אולאד אללבדי), ובו נזכר "דיואן אלאחבאס" בפוסטאט (הלשכה הממשלתית שהיתה אחראית על נכסי הקדש), והוא חותם בשורה: "פרסומו פוטר אותנו מתיאורו". המסמך קשור למסמך אחר העוסק באותו עניין, וראוי לעיון נוסף. לאחר מכן מופיעות מספר שורות בכתב ערבי בדיו אדומה, כנראה ניסיונות קולמוס, ובהן המילה "וצל" כמה פעמים, אחר כך "פי יום אל...", ולאחר מכן הצירוף "סרטן עלה" (Cancer rose). בצד השני (verso) ישנן גם שתי שורות הכתובות הן בערבית והן בערבית-יהודית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document concerning the sale of shares in sugar refinery. At the top appears the name Saʿadya b. Shelomo b. Yefet ha-Levi (all given titles such as peʾer and hod ha-leviyim). There follow calculations regarding the proceeds from the sale of a sugar refinery (maṭbakh). There follows a block of text describing the maṭbakh which used to be known by the name of "the sons of al-Lebdī" (awlād al-Lebdī), mentioning Dīwān al-Aḥbās in Fustat (the government bureau in charge of waqf properties), and ending with the line, "its fame makes its description unnecessary." Related to T-S Ar.49.13 (PGPID 33843). Merits further examination. There follow several lines of Arabic script in red ink, probably pen trials, including the word "waṣal" several times, then "fī yawm al...," then "Cancer rose." There are also two lines in both Arabic and Judaeo-Arabic on verso.
