מכתב בעברית. כותב המכתב שולח את התנצלותו ומדגיש שלא התכוון לפגוע בנמען. בסיום המכתב (שורות 18–22) הוא מוסר דרישות שלום לאנשים שונים בערבית-יהודית. בצד השני (verso): פיוט ליטורגי — סליחות לעשרה בטבת.
