מכתב מאישה אל אמה עזה אל-עבלאניה (כלומר, מן הכפר אעבלין שבמערב הגליל), המתגוררת בפוסטאט. הבת מבקשת מאמה להצילה מבעלה, אשר החיים עמו הם גיהינום (שורה 10), והמבקש לקחתה בעל כורחה לעיר מולדתו חלב שבסוריה. הבת מפצירה באמה לבוא בעצמה או לשלוח שליח מטעמה שיפעל למענה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from a woman to her mother ʿAzza al-ʿIblāniyya (from Iʿbillīn, a village in western Galilee), in Fustat. She is asked by her daughter to save her from her husband, life with whom was hell (l. 10), and who wants to take her, against her will, to his native town of Aleppo.
