מכתב, ככל הנראה נכתב על ידי עלי החבר ב' עמרם, נפתח בשני שירים לכבוד אלחנן ב' שמריה, ומזכיר את יוסף ב' אברהם. ארבעה עמודים הנפתחים בפסוקים עבריים ומביעים הערצה וברכות.
